Ready Mix Concrete Driver

Archer Ready Mix is hiring experienced CDL drivers for a steady, local driving opportunity.

$29–$32/hour · CDL Required · Start 6:00–7:00 AM · Most Drivers Finish 5:00–6:00 PM · Typically 2 Saturdays per Month · Home Every Night

We welcome drivers from ready mix, dump trucks, construction, hauling, delivery, trucking, and other commercial driving backgrounds.

6. WORK SCHEDULE

Archer Ready Mix normally begins operations around 6:00-7:00 AM, with most drivers finishing approximately 4:00-6:00 PM, depending upon customer demand and workload.(Required)
Drivers are generally expected to work approximately two Saturdays per month. Can you meet these scheduling requirements?

7. ARCHER SAFETY EXPECTATIONS

Archer Ready Mix maintains safety requirements that include required PPE, restrictions on cell-phone use while driving, and onboard safety cameras.(Required)
Are you willing to wear all required PPE while performing your job?
Archer maintains a zero-tolerance policy for prohibited cell-phone use while driving. Are you willing to follow this policy at all times while operating an Archer vehicle?(Required)
Archer trucks are equipped with safety cameras that may include both road-facing and driver-facing cameras. Are you willing to operate an Archer vehicle equipped with these cameras?(Required)

8. READY-MIX WORK ENVIRONMENT

The ready-mix driver position involves more than driving. Drivers may be required to work outdoors in heat, cold, rain and mud; climb on and around equipment; perform truck washdown; and work around active construction sites.(Required)
